The Association of United College Teachers, Punjab and Chandigarh (AUCT), a registered and dedicated body has consistently worked over the last six years to uphold the dignity, standards, and values of Higher Education. With unwavering commitment, AUCT has been raising the voice of teachers, addressing the pressing issues faced by the academic community and striving to safeguard the interests of educators and institutions alike.

Our association has continuously endeavoured to make the Government and Universities realise their academic, and administrative accountability towards teachers and the education system. Through constructive dialogue, seminars, legal interventions and collective efforts, AUCT has remained steadfast in its mission to strengthen the foundation of Higher Education. We firmly believe that a strong, respected, and secure teaching community is essential for building an enlightened and progressive society. AUCT shall continue its relentless struggle for justice, transparency, dignity and the welfare of college teachers across Punjab and Chandigarh.
