NAME OF THE SOCIETY
: ASSOCIATION OF UNAIDED COLLEGE TEACHERS
The society is established for the Social, Moral and intellectual upliftment of the general public;
To provide the better management to the ASSOCIATION OF UNAIDED COLLEGE TEACHERS situated at H.NO. 10,
VILLA APARTMENTS, BALOKE ROAD, HAIBOWAL KALAN, LUDHIANA-141001(PB);
To established the maintain dignity of profession by fulfilling our duties towards society and also to
safeguard the rights of our members in the society;
To give grants, stipends, freeships, books and cloths to the needy and deserving students for the
pursuit of their education;
To identify needs for education and create programs to fill the gaps;
To serve the cause of Higher Education and the educator in the Institutions of Higher Education;
To work in the field of innovation digital tools for the teachers and the students;
To do our utmost for the rights of unaided college teachers;
To organize seminars and webinars on current topics both for the teachers and the students;
To extend every support to the members of association;
To lend financial, moral, social and legal support if any of our members is in trouble;
The organization has drawn the spirit of fighting for the cause of education and the educator from the
Parent
Organization PCCTU. We owe our existence to that great representative of college Teachers. We shall work
under its guidance,advise and spirited zeal;
To receive moveable or immoveable property as gift with or without conditions provided it helps in
furthering the society's cause;
To accept grants, donations and wills, legacies, from the Govt./Private Sector and/or from general
public and to utilize the same for promotions of aims and objects of the Society;
To do all acts, deeds and things for the development of the Society;
No discrimination on the basis of Sex, Age, Caste, Religion, Nationality etc.;
All the income, earning, movable or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized &
applied towards the promotion of its aims & objects only as set forth in the memorandum of the society
and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly & indirectly by way of dividends
bonus/profits or in any manner whatsoever to present or past members of the society or to any person
claiming through any one or more of the present or past members. No member of society shall have any
personal claim on any movable, immovable properties of the society or make any profit whatsoever, by
virtue of his membership.
